The Meritage Resort and Spa located in south Napa is currently undergoing a $40 million expansion, adding more than 131,000 square feet, including 165 guest rooms. When completed, the Meritage will be home to 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, the largest amount of such space north of San Francisco and west of Sacramento. Frazier is proud to partner with Midstate Construction on this multi-million dollar project to provide structural CMU, precast, manufactured stone veneer and brick veneer services.  Frazier Masonry crews completed 24 CMU buildings in six and half months as part of a Soltek Pacific design build project. Frazier Masonry overcame sand storms, extreme winds and even a blanket of snow. Transportation challenges, lack of onsite water reserves and no utilities did not stop production. [They] exceeded expectations by completing the project 17 days ahead of the baseline schedule. As a Project Superintendent I look forward to working with Frazier Masonry in the future.
