Frazier excels at schedule driven projects | 29 Jun 2010 |
The Winco project in Tracy, CA is a great example of the schedule driven projects Frazier excels at. This was no small task considering the Winco building has a total area of 100,000 square feet with 30’ high walls. Frazier Masonry crews completed 24 CMU buildings in six and half months as part of a Soltek Pacific design build project. Frazier Masonry overcame sand storms, extreme winds and even a blanket of snow. Transportation challenges, lack of onsite water reserves and no utilities did not stop production. [They] exceeded expectations by completing the project 17 days ahead of the baseline schedule. As a Project Superintendent I look forward to working with Frazier Masonry in the future. --Joe Whipple - Project Superintendent - Soltek Pacific Construction
