Frazier excels at schedule driven projects29 Jun 2010

The Winco project in Tracy, CA is a great example of the schedule driven projects Frazier excels at. The schedule only allowed 3 weeks time for foundation work, structural concrete & structural CMU walls. This was no small task considering the Winco building has a total area of 100,000 square feet with 30’ high walls. Frazier rose to the occasion and utilized 60 workers to complete the project on time and within the demanding schedule while upholding its commitment to safety and quality. P-206/P-028 BEQ & Dining Facility
Frazier Masonry crews completed 24 CMU buildings in six and half months as part of a Soltek Pacific design build project. Frazier Masonry overcame sand storms, extreme winds and even a blanket of snow. Transportation challenges, lack of onsite water reserves and no utilities did not stop production. [They] exceeded expectations by completing the project 17 days ahead of the baseline schedule. As a Project Superintendent I look forward to working with Frazier Masonry in the future.
